Titan needed a highly interactive way to promote learning and development in their organisation. A portal was required where their employees can take up various learning courses.They needed a very effective way to educate their employees about their various brands and provide subsequent product knowledge. But the vast variety of products was making the learning process quite tedious for their employees. They wanted an all-rounder course that can induce, engage and educate their employees.
To achieve all the objectives required by the client we came up with an out of the box idea. We gamified the induction process. We created a whole adventure through a journey based game where the learner was on a hunt for treasure. And to get to the treasure the learner has to play various intellectual games based on product knowledge. This enhanced the knowledge retention in the learner to a whole new level. Some games were also scenario based where the learner was taught about the vision, mission and goals of the company in an extremely interactive way. This course cum game helped titan to effectively train all their employees about their vast number of products, services and even their other brands avoiding any inefficiency in the induction process.
