Staples was looking for a course to educate new employees about their organisation. The client wanted a module that would inform employees about the history and progress of the company, the processes followed and the vision.
We made a mascot-driven course which presented the content with accompanying scenarios and examples. The course elaborated on how Staples was formed, where it stands now and the functions that it is concerned with. It was audio-enabled and contained various media elements such as videos, graphics and visualisations to make it interesting. The course also included engaging interactive screens to increase the level of engagement.
This enabled our client to effectively induce their new employees.
