An e-learning course to summarise ASKS precisely.
Requirement
ASK group needed a very compact induction process that would summarise the whole organisation in comprehensive yet concise manner. They wanted a clear learning path for their new employees where their employees can systematically understand the details about the organisation and even their services. The induction was also expected to inform new employees about the senior leadership.
Solution
We simply, made an e-learning course called eInduction which complied with our client’s every requirement. We made sure the course was interactive and visually appealing to ensure perfect knowledge flow. The course was divided into modules which were arranged according to an appropriate order so the content remained crystal clear and left the desired impact on the learner. Our efforts in making the course succeeded as it simplified the whole induction process at ASK group and made it a fruitful experience for the learners.
