IDBI was in need of an awareness course on frauds and scams and how to counter them. As it was a broad topic, they wanted a new approach that can summarise the whole topic in a compact way. They expected the message to go right through to their customers as well as their employees.
We came up with a completely new design for the course. The course we developed was entirely scenario based. Back to back frauds and scams incidents were shown with very interesting characters which helped the learner realise the key precautions to be taken and how to identify a scam or a fraud. Each scenario ended with a short and impactful moral so that the learner retains the purpose of the course.
