A mascot driven e-learning course explaining performance management system at RMF.
Requirement
Reliance mutual funds was in need of a course that would clear path for performance management activities at their organisation with a positive effect on its employees. They were looking for a e-learning course that could clear all misconceptions about appraisals and performance reviews and encourage all the employees to actively take part in it.
Solution
To meet their requirement we first created a very inquisitive mascot that could relate to all employees and guide them through the performance management systems. Then various other characters were included to enhance the learner engagement even more. The course was produced highlighting the importance of performance driven culture. The appraisal process and its values were demonstrated in a very learner likeable way throughout the course. This level 3 e-learning course turned out to be exactly what the client was looking for.
