The Piramal Group wanted to introduce their employees and their managers to the importance of KRAs in the Performance Management System as the KRAs contribute to the achievement of the overall Department, Business and Organisation’s objectives. They wanted to explain the employees and the managers the purpose of KRA Setting Process in Performance Management System to help them Plan work, set expectations, continually monitor and support performance periodically, review performance and provide feedback, identify development areas, provide necessary development support and reward good performance.
To serve Piramal Group's purpose, we came up with a 60 minutes 'Level 3' interactive course which has been created on Flash. For interactive purposes, a mascot is used to interact with the learner throughout the course. The KRA Setting Process course consists of 3 modules along with case studies and engaging exercises for the learner's better understanding. Also present in the course are Knowledge checks to test the grasp of the learner. The course aided Piramal Group's employees to understand the KRA Setting process in PMS to bring outstanding results to their work contributing to the growth of Piramal Group.
