Videocon group needed an induction program that would not only introduce Videocon group but also Videocon D2H as a product. They expected it to be concise and explain the d2h industry and also bilaterally explain Videocon D2H and its organisational structure. They also needed a brief on HR and their HR policies included in the course along with the vision, mission and values of Videocon D2H.
Keeping in mind the clients requirement we carefully created a flash based e-learning course which marks a whole progress curve of Videocon right from its origin. To make it more intellectual we introduced a mascot with a very calm and informing approach. Once the learner was familiarised with Videocon we introduce Videocon D2H in a different module to ensure clarity for the learning experience. All the topics needed by the client were effectively implemented throughout the course which even had a assessment to ensure quality learning. The course was a time and money saver for the client making their induction process extremely smooth and productive.
