Requirement
Piramal needed an induction program to introduce itself and the key components of the company. They also desired to have their values, history and purpose included in a seamless e-learning experience.
Solution
To implement all the topics mentioned by our client, we made a mascot based e-learning course. We even added a time line in the history section, which helped the learners to understand Piramal right from its origin. To personalize the content even more we introduced additional characters to walk the learners through an interesting journey imparting the initiatives and portfolio of Piramal.
This course helped Piramal with their induction process by making it an interesting journey rather than a lengthy brief.
