Requirement
Reliance Mutual Fund needed an induction program for its employees to know the organisation better and prepare them for their new role. They needed it to be elaborate yet brief content wise, and cover all the major topics about their organisation.
Solution
To meet the requirements of Reliance Mutual Fund, we created a 'Level 3' e-learning course in HTML 5 which can also be viewed on tablets and mobile phones. Scenario driven treatment, impactful voice-over and eye catching graphics made it easier for the employees to know the organisation. The seat time of this course is 90 minutes. This e-learning course consisted of 8 modules covering all major topics. The course helped them to speed up the induction processes significantly also improving the initial performances of new employees.
