Petrofac was looking for a course to make its employees aware about the Code of Conduct policy at the organisation, so they understand in what manner they should and should not conduct themselves as employees of the organisation. They needed the course to cover three different very important topics falling under Code of Conduct. They needed a course which would solve their purpose without adding on more confusion and misconceptions.
We provided the solution in the form of an engaging e-learning course that would train Petrofac employees about the Code of Conduct and other related policies. The course was made in three parts – the first introduced and explained the Code of conduct policies, the second focused on the Diversity and Inclusion policy and the third was about Share Dealing Code. The course was audio-enabled and users could refer to a transcript of the audio as well. Interesting scenarios, graphics and visualisations were used to increase the engagement level.
