An e-learning course for awareness and prevention of sexual harassment at Axis.
Requirement
Axis bank needed to introduce their POSH policy to their employees. They need an e-learning course that can fundamentally introduce the policy along with an applied to workplace elaboration of it. Their primary need was an effective course to reassure their employees about their approach to any sexual harassment incidence to workplace.
Solution
To meet the client's requirement we developed a level two course but with a systematic approach. The course was crafted to explain all the details of sexual harassment in a clear way. As the topic of concern was sensitive and complex, we adopted a generic approach to cover all its aspects. Life like scenarios were created which are the most common ways of sexual harassment to cover all basic incidents of intentional and unintentional sexual harassment incidents. Guidelines were also provided for redressal of such incidents. The content of the course was kept to the point for maximum learner engagement. An effective course was created that helped all the employees of Axis bank clearing any major or minor doubts in their minds.
