Problem:

Reliance Consumer Finance is looking forward to a course where, when a new employee join Reliance Consumer Finance he/she should be introduce to the organization in term of its structure, products, department and the role played by an employee. To make this introduction more interesting, Reliance Consumer Finance wishes to develop an e-learning course so as to provide an interactive and interesting induction program.

The Zobble solution:

Zobble Solutions made a detailed review of the Client’s objectives and requirements for the course and prepared appropriate and comprehensive solutions. We designed an interactive and engaging program consisting of modules placed in defined order. We thus converted the Client’s simple induction program into and animated, flash movies, which make the process of knowing organization interesting and exciting. At Zobble, we are proud of the role we played in the development of Reliance Consumer Finance-Induction.

Project Brief:

The client Reliance Consumer Finance wishes to develop 60 minutes (seat time of one course) e-learning courses comprising of 6 modules under the name Reliance Consumer Finance-Induction.

Project Description:

Reliance Consumer Finance had asked to prepare e-learning course starting from Introduction to Reliance Anil Dirubhai Ambani’s Group followed by overview of Reliance Consumer Finance, line of business, department, support functions, assessment.

Attraction: There is use video of Amitabh Bachan which is the beginning of the course which is used to grab attention of the user undergoing the course similarly there are videos in between course in order to keep user attentive, in addition to this there is role play about Ritesh and Hari where Ritesh is new employee and Hari is introducing him to the organization which create an environment for the user to be part of that role creating a friendly ambience.

Interactive: The course is not just about the role play and videos but also about an interactive course to know the understanding of the user this is achieved through questions like flowchart for organization structure, what role of credit manager plays?, who are our customer? This is where the user has to answer questions from his/her learning during the course. This interaction is provided at regular interval to keep user interested in the course.
