Sensitization of American Culture to employees is difficult, but this project made the entire sensitization learning just a simple game.
A game-based solution to ensure user engagement and interactivity in keeping with the premise that learning is most effective when the learner imbibes knowledge in a game environment. This would gel even better with the target learner for this course, who is a young person well-exposed to electronic games. |
JIVA Spa Induction | Indian Hotels Company Limited:
Rather than presenting the content in a straight forward manner as it is generally done for all e-learning modules, we proposed a strategy to present it through animated human characters.
Content is presented to the learner in the form of experience and comments from these characters. The course would also contain interactive screens and graphics to engage and train the user. |

 | Code of Conduct | Saint Gobain India:
The requirement was to introduce the SGI employees to the 14 Code of Conduct elements in more efficient manner. To which we proposed a scenario based e-learning solution, which was engaging and interactive. The module had a female mascot who initiated the introduction, and later introduced to the rest of the characters in the conference room. Content was actually presented in the form of discussion happening between these characters. Real life situations/experiences which actually occur in work environment were used in explaining each element. Content was presented with the help of on-screen text, audio, graphics and animations which would keep the user engaged throughout the course. |

At Zobble, we designed an interactive and engaging program consisting of self-paced modules that are central to the function of instructing. We thus converted the Client’s concepts into an engaging digital learning resource (DLR) complete with animations and Flash movies, which make the process of learning seemingly incidental to the excitement experienced by the child-learner. |

The course was for American culture sensitization for employees. Holidays being part of the culture, it was important that employees understand the holidays of the customers so they can handle the client request better. The e-learning course we proposed would have mascot who would guide the user through the learning process. American holidays would be presented with the help of on-screen text, audio, graphics and animations which would keep the user engaged throughout the course. |
Knowledge Quotient | ICICI Prudential Life Insurance:
We proposed a Flash-based, animated and interactive e-learning course designed to impart knowledge as unobtrusively as possible. This could be accomplished through a ‘wrapper theme’ – i.e., we would wrap the course content with an adventure storyline. The strategy was to make the learner enjoy the adventure, with the learning process happening in the course of the adventure.
Thus, our proposal was designed to help ICICI Prudential ensure a basic organizational and business knowledge benchmark for its employees, which would increase their resonance with the organization. |

The Onboarding training is provided to the employee with an help of various modules where the employee not only get familiar with the company but the parent company, the values and culture, the processes, the departments and much more. This process of watching another person being inducted and co-incidentally learning about the company is adapted for this project.
The main challenge was to make the entire course engaging as it is a detailed course.

To solve the above problem, Zobble Solutions provided an e-learning course that would:
be Flash-based, hence highly interactive and animated
would simulate real-life situations to highlight problems AFSMs face in their daily tasks
demonstrate how it would enable them to solve those problems
unobtrusively train them on how to use the tool using simulations.

 | SME Lending | Reliance Consumer Finance:
Zobble designed a program consisting of modules placed in defined order along with the client specification of showing trainer and the presentation to give the environment of classroom and personal training effect.
The main challenge was to provide sync between the trainer speech and the e-learning course details which was properly framed and care was taken that the screen and trainer speech are going hand in hand.
This solution was appreciated and accepted by reliance consumer finance and was successfully implemented.

Code of Conduct | Tata Teleservices:
We proposed a media-rich and interactive Flash-based course that would not only impart knowledge of the Tata Code of Conduct, but do so in a way that engages and engrosses the learner. The course would be audio-supported, but care had to taken in formulating the visual content to cover the possibility of learners not having access to audio-enabled PCs.To enable easy assimilation of knowledge on the subject-matter, we proposed a narrator-led course with scenarios depicting real-life challenges employees are likely to encounter on the integrity and ethics front, and how such problems could be resolved by adherence to relevant clauses in the Tata Code of Conduct.

 | Compliance Game | Birla Sun Life Insurance:
Since the audience in insurance companies is quite fresh and young we decided to propose a highly addictive Hidden object game with a twist. Using features like Hints, the player will solve the mystery to ultimately uncover the truth behind these crimes. The game has two missions/crime scenes which need to be solved in any sequence. The learner steps in the shoes of a Male or Female detective based on his choice of Avatar. The player has to look for objects or clues that may be cleverly camouflaged in the scene.
The list of objects/clues to be searched along with the suspects linked to the clues is provided to the user as soon he chooses a mission. Every object found rewards the learner with compliance related message and gets him closer to the criminal.

Theme based Game | Birla Sun Life Insurance:
We created a theme based game for BSLI. The theme used in this one was of ‘military’. Cadets would be shown at the start, and then the focus would turn on to the main cadet, Ranvijay. How he gets trained, crosses each hurdle & reaches a point where he has completed his training & is a proud army officer at the end. With each step of Ranvijay turning from a cadet to officer; the course content (wherever possible) would be introduced. It would also contain an assessment which will be presented like a entrance test for becoming an Army Officer. |
